During the month of October, the clinicians in the practice carried out 1,786 telephone consultations and 3,264 face to face consultations.

In addition, there are multiple patient contacts throughout the day, both acute and routine, which our clinicians are dealing with. 

Throughout October, our reception team answered 11,047 calls to the practice, 2,935 of which were to the prescription line and 8,112 to our main line.
